Something rare in 'Endgame'

THIS BLOG HAS SPOILERS ABOUT 'ENDGAME'

Everybody who has seen 'Endgame' has talked about some aspects that did not fit too much, such as time lines. In the end the Russo brothers have clarified many doubts about these issues. I have two more themes to talk about the film:

Why go to New York for the Tesseract?

The Avengers are very happy to realize that there are three Stones in the same place and time of the past: The Battle of New York. There is the Tesseract, the Mind Stone and the Time Stone.
But it wouldn't  have been easier in another way? Thor decides to go to Asgard for the Aether, he knows  he will find it in Jane. In that same place and time is also the Teseracto, since it was taken there by Thor with Loki after New York. Everything would have been simpler if the tesseract had been stolen at that moment, they only had to come into Odin's Treasure and they could take it. Things would have been easier and so the 2012 Loki wouldn't have escaped; They could have even gone for the other gems in 2015 and they would have got it faster.

Who has disappeared?

When the film begins, Clint is with his daughter Lila, who is teaching her to shoot. Moments later, she and her entire family disappear and in that moment, Hawkeye becomes Ronin. The problem comes now, when his family returns, Lila has much longer hair and even another color. The disappeared haven't aged or changed, have they? It is a very curious detail,  it seems as the disappeared have also lived a life.

Maybe there are more rare things that I haven't  found yet, so I encourage you to tell me the things you have found that can change the course of the film.
